The international R&D team has worked hard to realize the integrated full-process manufacturing of development and etching of QFN, QFP, and DFN lead frames from roll-to-roll (roll-to-sheet/sheet-to-sheet). The successful development of this equipment marks that Ogilvy has become a pioneer in the field of etching equipment for semiconductor packaging materials in China.
The maximum width of the QFN integrated circuit lead frame is 350mm, the production speed is adjustable from 0.5 meters/minute to 4 meters/minute, and the dimensional accuracy of etched products reaches ±0.015.
Equipment advantages
●This equipment uses CuCl2 material system, which has the characteristics of accurate size, accurate half-etching, good dimensional stability, and strong environmental protection. Equipped with the world's most advanced/professional fully automatic chemical liquid addition control system to achieve precise control of the etching liquid.
●The equipment has roll-to-roll mode, roll-to-sheet mode, and sheet-to-sheet mode to choose from. It is equipped with a fully automatic sheet-to-sheet rewinding system and a roll-to-roll rewinding system. It can receive up to six etching products in one roll. It adopts PLC centralized control and touch screen operation facilitate customers to produce different types of products.
●The patented technology of automatic correction system of the material tray ensures that the precision deviation of the longitudinal pull tab of the etched roll material is controlled within ±0.05mm. The roll detection device can automatically detect the running status of the roll material. When the roll material is used up, it will automatically alarm and clamp automatically, and activate the material splicing device.
●The developing and etching spray systems adopt integrated spray racks, and the nozzles adopt a patented layout to effectively solve the pool effect of etching. The nozzle frame uses the latest technology to control the swing speed and frequency. Each nozzle can independently adjust the pressure to ensure fine etching.
●The demoulding system adopts a multi-stage demoulding method, using a combination of soaking and softening, high-pressure spraying and fine demoulding to fully remove the fine residual development film. The waste film filtration and recovery device using patented technology ensures complete recovery of waste film films.
