Innovation and creativity are the core engines driving global development. From the Industrial Revolution to technological breakthroughs and cultural innovation, these forces have propelled China’s five-thousand-year-old civilization forward, ensuring its continuous vitality and growth. On August 18, 2025, Omette hosted a vibrant exchange and collision of industrial technology and artistic culture, delving into the intricate threads behind innovation—and exploring the possibilities that lie ahead.
Allmerit has invited Ms. He E, an 89-year-old member of the National Urban Sculpture Committee, Executive Director of the China Sculpture Association, Vice Chairman of the Gansu Provincial Artists Association, and President of the He E Sculpture Institute in Gansu Province, as well as Honorary President of the Gansu Stage Art Research Association, to grace the event with her guidance. Among her most influential masterpieces is "Mother Yellow River," a work renowned both domestically and internationally—and it symbolizes how Chinese national sculpture has fostered close ties with Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan over the past two decades.
Accompanied by Chairman Su Qian, Professor He E and her delegation paid a visit to Allmerit for guidance and inspection. They gained an in-depth understanding of Allmerit Technology's cutting-edge applications and achievements in semiconductor integrated circuit electroplating and etching equipment technologies within advanced industrial fields—both through firsthand engagement on the production floor and at the company’s showroom. During their visit, they deeply appreciated how Allmerit seamlessly blends science and art to deliver innovative, groundbreaking results in the realm of semiconductor electroplating and etching equipment.
Following this, everyone moved to the company’s auditorium, where Teacher He E was specially invited to deliver a special lecture. Centered around the core theme of "Innovation and Creation," she shared her profound artistic insights and unique perspectives on life with Aumate’s R&D technicians. This session aimed to inspire and equip the technicians with fresh insights into innovative thinking, empowering them to embrace creativity, break new ground, and steadily advance on their scientific research journey.
Teacher He E mentioned in her sharing how she developed an unbreakable bond with Shenzhen, a move that shattered old conventions and ultimately shaped her lifelong commitment to innovation—embracing new ideas and perspectives with open arms. After all, innovation is never about working blindly in isolation; instead, it requires us to keep our eyes open to the "new things" that emerge alongside the evolving times, for only then can we stumble upon unexpected bursts of inspiration.
The currents of history roll forward relentlessly—though each individual may seem but a single grain of sand in the vast ocean, there are always those who, in every era, manage to create brilliance uniquely tied to their time. This is precisely the unwavering original aspiration that Teacher He E has held steadfastly throughout her decades of dedicated work in the sculpture industry: to craft innovations that truly belong to our modern age. And indeed, each of us should embrace this spirit of creativity, joining hands to write the vibrant new chapter of China’s civilization and propelling the glorious journey of our nation’s illustrious history.
After listening to Professor He E's lecture, Chairman Su Qian was deeply moved and expressed "three tributes": First, a tribute to passion—Professor He's works are filled with profound reverence for life, history, and the human environment, radiating a deep sense of national pride and humanitarian care. Second, a tribute to innovation—each of Professor He's creations is a testament to soulful, groundbreaking artistry, echoing our own approach to product development and R&D in a truly "similar yet distinct" way, perfectly embodying the wisdom of "usefulness in its very uselessness." Finally, a tribute to the future—every generation must leave behind its own legacy, and as young leaders, we stand at the threshold of limitless possibilities. It is precisely now that we must boldly pioneer and realize unprecedented innovations and breakthroughs in the semiconductor field.
The seminar drew to a close as Teacher He E shared her profound insights on the meaning of life. As she beautifully put it, each of us is but a single drop in the vast river of history—yet it is precisely through the dedication and legacy passed down by every generation that the mighty current of the Chinese nation has flowed unbroken for millennia, sustaining life itself. May each new generation also embrace this timeless journey, contributing its own unique strength, so that the future of this enduring river continues to unfold with even greater grandeur and vitality.
