International Working Women's Day (IWD) is a glorious festival for working women around the world to unite and fight together. Since its inception, International Women's Day has opened up a new world for women in both developed and developing countries. The increasingly growing international women's movement has been strengthened through the four United Nations global conferences on women's issues, and the International Women's Day commemoration has become a rallying call for women's rights and their participation in political and economic affairs.
Even today, with women still facing employment difficulties, Allmerit makes good use of its many female managers, discovering the strengths of its female staff. Without makeup, they are confident and energetic, meticulous and decisive in their work, displaying excellent abilities in their respective positions.

On March 8th, International Working Women's Day, a day fought for by countless outstanding female predecessors, Allmerit invited all its female employees to take a break from their stressful work and busy housework, to climb mountains, embrace freedom, and experience the vibrancy of life.

The mountain wasn't high; the entire climb took less than an hour, but it was still challenging for those who rarely exercise. However, with unwavering steps and determination, we finally reached the summit. From the summit, we looked back at the path we had conquered step by step and enjoyed the magnificent scenery unique to the heights.
After enjoying the breathtaking panoramic view, everyone's energy was depleted, and their stomachs were rumbling. A carefully prepared delicious meal was waiting, as a reward for our successful climb.
With the luncheon concluded, the Allmerit March 8th Women's Day event came to an end. The remaining time was left for everyone to relax and rest. We hope that in the future, all women will be able to surpass themselves, just like the mountain climb, and achieve even greater things. May we meet at the peak! Cheers! May we be vibrant and strong!
