2021 is about to leave us, and 2021 is destined to never see us again. We can only welcome the arrival of 2022 with full passion, high morale and positive attitude.

Every passing year is a year worth remembering. The superposition of daily work creates extraordinary years. Precipitation and accumulation, hard work and hard work have enabled Allmerit to achieve a wonderful leap in performance and management in the past year.

This year, technology is accelerating development, and the semiconductor industry is at the forefront. As a member of the technological battlefield, Ogilvy keeps pace with the times. In the rolling trend, there is the sweat and presence of Ogilvy people.

This year, special circumstances are still raging and have changed human life and processes. Ogilvy people have overcome difficulties to ensure the normal operation of various businesses and ensure that domestic and foreign orders are completed as planned. This is something to be proud of.

This year has been full of variables, including rising raw material prices, unstable supply chains, and global industry fluctuations, all of which have had a major impact on our operations. Fortunately, the Ogilvy team overcame the difficulties and withstood the test. After many years of focusing on the semiconductor segment, we have finally made great achievements. Our orders continue to be full and customer satisfaction continues to improve. This is something that every Allmerit person deserves to care for and cherish.

But there is no doubt that our efficiency still needs to be improved, our development speed needs to be accelerated, and our product breadth still needs to be developed. Fortunately, we have recognized our shortcomings, which provides us with broad space for development in 2022 and beyond, and also places higher requirements on our refined management. We look forward to working together with you all at Allmerit in the future to make all shortcomings the source of our strong momentum for development.

Moving forward without knowing the shortcomings is the meaning of life, and so is the mission of the enterprise. We are enthusiastic about 2022 and we are confident about the future.
