In the late autumn of October, following the smooth roll-out of the team-building activity for the leaders of the Allmerit Technology Department, to echo the company's consistent corporate culture of continuously enhancing employee cohesion and team collaboration, team-building activities for various departments within the company have also been actively organized.

This departmental team-building event will be led by the Production Department, with the participation of the Quality Department and the Procurement Department. Employees from all three departments will gather together, and it is believed that the atmosphere of this event will be even more lively, fostering better integration between employees from different departments.

On the morning of October 29, 2023, at 8 am, every employee participating in the team-building activity gathered at the company gate. Led by the manager of the Production Department, everyone took a group photo filled with enthusiasm before departure, officially embarking on the journey to the destination.

After a short journey, everyone arrived at the venue of the team-building activity smoothly. After a brief reorganization, the activities were about to officially begin.

Under the guidance of the person in charge at the site, employees from different departments were shuffled and reorganized through a counting method, forming teams of a dozen or so people who may not be familiar with each other. A series of games were then conducted to allow team members to get to know each other better and foster team cohesion.

At the same time, it was emphasized that the focus of this activity was not on winning or losing between departments, but rather on employee collaboration.

The teammates have gathered, and the ice-breaking session is about to start. The first round of "warming-up" games allows everyone to quickly let go of their inhibitions, rely on each other, and work together to complete the tasks.

As the games begin, there are inevitably winners and losers, as well as rewards and punishments. And in the first round of games, punishment also becomes a valuable lesson.

Team collaboration means that everyone in the group should shoulder their due responsibilities. Even though we may be divided into different teams, in essence, we are still one collective, sharing honors and disgraces together.

Similarly, from the company's perspective, while everyone belongs to different departments and performs their respective duties, we are all part of Allmerit. Each department plays a crucial role in the company's operations, and the company's development inevitably impacts every employee. We share a common destiny.

Returning to the activity itself, although the teams have undergone initial integration, to deeply instill in each team member the sense of belonging to the team, the "four essentials" of team culture construction are indispensable — team name, team chant, team song, and team formation.

After the activity ends, whenever encountering "former teammates" in the company, one will always remember that we once shared a unique team with its own exclusive culture, rather than just a temporary group. Perhaps each of us will feel a special connection, and I believe this invisibly brings us closer together.

Here, the morning group game session on October 29th officially comes to an end. Through the entire game, everyone's coordination has evolved from bumpy to seamless, and the joy, camaraderie, and tacit understanding have been gained abundantly.

After a day of hard work, everyone finally sat down at the dinner table. The aroma of the food filled the air, fully awakening their taste buds. Everyone shared the delicious food with each other, heaping praise on the meal and our "chefs."

As the department's team-building event draws to a close, it signifies the end of a wonderful day but also the dawn of a more hopeful and friendly tomorrow. I hope that every member of Allmerit Technology will continue to work together with the same spirit and dedication as they did in this team-building activity, striving for mutual success. With everyone's tacit cooperation, I am confident that Allmerit Technology will continue to flourish and prosper!
